Reports to

  • CEO or executive members


  • Responsible for all aspects of a company’s operation, ensure all operations align with the organisation’s mission, strategic objectives and policies.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate various aspects of its operation to ensure that operation run smoothly
  • Identify new business opportunities in Cambodia
  • Oversee projects and sales, ensures the company follows local laws and regulation
  • Liaise with management at the main office and provide report on activities, ensure proper financial controls are in place
  • Represent the company at meetings

Sales Team

  • Monitor daily sales
  • Motivate staffs to ensure that they can deliver result

Human Resources

  • Recruit and manage staffs, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
  • Provide the required discipline, evaluations and feedback required for staffs to be successful


  • Responsible for ensuring that these tasks and assignments are completed and addressed in a timely
  • Such as daily paperwork and payroll matters and it must be checked for accuracy, compiled and issued into a complete regional report.
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Required to implement the company's policies and procedures or follow the policies if there are exist
  • Ensure that managers and supervisors implement and support the policies with staffs
  • Ensure the policies and procedures evolve with the company, updating them as necessary.
  • Able to interpret the policies and procedures to cover any gray or unclear areas that might be presented during his/her operations.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in sale and marketing or a related field of study
  • At least 5 years' sale and marketing with oversea and management experience (Work with International company is beneficial)
  • Previous experience in related industries such as banking, telecommunication, retails but electronic payment business is preferable
  • In depth understanding of E-Business, E-Commerce and/or banking business
  • Strong analytical skill, innovative, dynamic, result oriented and committed
  • Ability to work under pressure and work individual and part of team
  • Good leadership skill, strong communication skill and team player
  • Fluent in business English and Cambodia
  • Work based on Cambodia
