Developing strategy/ies to target specific market segments and assigned geographies.
Identifying sales opportunities and market trends; developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new merchants and partners for all 2C2P products, both Acquiring and Non-Acquiring.
Preparing and refining sales proposals and materials to pitch 2C2P’s products and solutions in the most effective manner.
Analyzing market trends and developing an effective selling plan.
Leading a team of sales executives who shall act as primary contacts to merchants and partners and shall be responsible for addressing merchant and partner concerns, boarding of these said merchants and partners and realizing the related new revenue.
Ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the proper product knowledge, sales and negotiation skills and healthy pipelines to ensure high sales conversion rates.
Taking an active role in deal execution including solution development, negotiation, and project planning.
Obtaining valuable customer insights and feedback, articulating these internally and being able to coordinate any development effort with Product Development, IT and other operational functions to help further improve 2C2P’s products and solutions.
Working with Business Development and Marketing teams to develop pricing and packaging strategies (sales kit).
Regularly reporting sales performance and sales plan to management.
Where appropriate, taking on other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
At least 3-5 years consulting and/or sales experience in eCommerce, payments, web or mobile solutions
Effective writing skills with ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals.
High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
With general computer knowledge, spreadsheet and presentation software
Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in with ability and desire to discuss product solutions and technical aspects with multiple levels (C-Level Executives to Functional Managers and IT).
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as proactive team member
