Job Description

  • Generate new business by signing up new merchants/clients, regularly meeting or exceeding assigned sales and/or revenue targets assigned by management.
  • Regularly monitor sales and profitability of merchants/clients under assigned portfolios to maximize business and specifically identify cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Generate additional revenue through the periodic review of commercials of merchants/clients under assigned portfolio and re-price as necessary.
  • Manage and/or assist in each and every step of the merchant/client onboarding process – from documentation, conducting meetings and workshops, to integration with 3rd party players and testing – and ensuring the successful deployment of 2C2P solutions.
  • Plan, initiate, direct and coordinate projects that are related to existing or new 2C2P products and services, from ideation to completion, while ensuring on-time completion.
  • Collaborate with the team on product development, product-focused sales activities and new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between merchants/clients, partners, sales team, development team, support team and other internal or external parties involved in projects being handled by the candidate.
  • Monitor and, if necessary, address merchant, client or partner requests, complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and develop proposals, business case studies, agreements and sales presentations for clients and partners.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations, sales presentations, sales visits and customer trainings, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Regularly report sales performance and sales plan to the management.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, webinars and meetings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities; handle other projects and tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably at least 1 year experience in business development, sales or account management from the banking, cards, merchant acquiring, e-commerce or payments industry
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and coaching skills
  • Rational, has initiative, a team player, and results-oriented.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce
  • Excellent in chasing leads and closing deals
  • Preferably strong understanding and appreciation of the financial and technical aspect of payments and eCommerce
  • Strong organizational skills; able to craft relevant and meaningful reports
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Proficient in using E-Mail, MS Office, and various messaging and conferencing platforms
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude; ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member
  • Good command of English and Filipino
