Started since 2018, digital goods product is built on 2C2P’s secure and comprehensive payments processing network, aggregating popular digital bills, gift card, top-up and services into a single platform, bringing greater convenience and value to our partners and merchants.

We are looking to hire a motivated, analytical, and adventurous Business Development Manager to help us grow the digital goods business and market share in Indonesia. The role will be operating in complex matrix settings, focusing on acquire and managing distributing merchants and partners. The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new product potential and clientele needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital goods reselling and/or e-commerce marketplace industry.
• Prior experience in business development and account management role, to both SMEs and large corporations.
• Possess knowledge of digital goods industry, particularly, electronic bill payments, mobile top-up, digital gift cards, gaming e-pins & etc.
• Existing network of digital goods distributors is a plus i.e. E-commerce, Mobile Wallets, and Convenience Store Chains.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, but also a creative problem solver and innovator.
• Not afraid to work in an extremely fast pace environment with constant changes and pressure to deliver results.
• Self-driven, organised and motivated.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command in English.
