Develop and execute an effective growth plan in alignment with the company’s overall targets.
Focus on growing the team extensively within the first 18 months of joining according to the company’s growth plan.
Understand the competitive landscape and analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities and make actionable recommendations that would elevate 2C2P’s market position, generate revenue, and drive country profitability.
Build strong relationships with players of the local ecosystem across different functions including banks, payment schemes and partners, regulatory and government bodies.
Drive business development efforts in crafting vertical propositions, developing solutions and partnerships, and managing commercial aspects of the business in order to create revenue generation opportunities, win deals, and drive organic growth.
Actively manage portfolio of accounts to maximize profitability and share of business.
Closely collaborate with other commercial leaders and stakeholders across the region to establish new business opportunities and grow key client accounts and partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with Central Teams located in Bangkok and Singapore including Tech, Product Development, Marketing, and Finance.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
At least 10 years of experience in business development and sales management in payment tech or financial services industry (merchant acceptance, transaction banking, digital banking and e-wallets, payment management)
Consideration will be given to candidates with experience in P&L management and strong track record in leading business development and cross-functional teams.
