Started since 2018, digital goods product is built on 2C2P’s secure and comprehensive payments processing network, aggregating popular digital bills, gift card, top-up and services into one platform, bringing greater convenience and value to our partners and merchants.

We are looking to hire a motivated Operations Executive to support day-to-day backend operations, customer service and data reporting work. The successful candidate will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Description

• Set-up & update system configuration for new partners onboarding across all SEA countries
• Update B2C platform (website & mobile app) product details (e.g. Pricing, product description & etc)
• Manage 3^rd party ecommerce store operations
• Collaborate with marketing team to run promotional campaigns for B2C platforms
• Update backend system configuration whenever partners made changes to products details
• Work closely with country business development to assist on system configuration when required, provide guidance and improve overall process
• Provide operational & customer service support to key merchants
• Collaborate closely with product team on system testing & parameters configuration
• Participate in product roadmap discussions and provide inputs to product and technology team
• Support on management reporting and data analytics to build business forecast and track performance

Qualifications

• Preferably 1-2 years work experiences in e-commerce industry. Fresh graduates without prior experiences are welcome too.
• Good command of English and able to communicate comfortably in English with overseas team
• Not afraid in work in extremely fast pace environment with constant changes and pressure to deliver results
• Self-driven, organised and motivated
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
