Job Description

  • Reply to merchant queries via email, phone and chat

  • Setup new merchant accounts for 2C2P Payment Gateway and 123 products

  • Setup IPP parameters and other operational merchant related settings for payment gateway

  • Submit applications for new MID from different acquiring banks and follow up application status

  • Setup new bank merchant profiles and MPI for payment gateway

  • Provide help for fraud/finance/accounting team about the transactions related investigation

  • Connect backend and provide solution related backend

  • Other common tasks for the day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in merchant support
  • Good command of English communication both written and spoken
  • Strong customer relations skills
