Strong knowledge & experience in following items is a must:
Reply to merchant queries via email, phone and chat
Setup new merchant accounts for 2C2P Payment Gateway and 123 products
Setup IPP parameters and other operational merchant related settings for payment gateway
Submit applications for new MID from different acquiring banks and follow up application status
Setup new bank merchant profiles and MPI for payment gateway
Provide help for fraud/finance/accounting team about the transactions related investigation
Connect backend and provide solution related backend
Other common tasks for the day-to-day operations
