CARiNG eStore was looking for a new payment processor as their old website ran into issues, resulting in the need for manual reconciliation in their transactions to avoid non-fulfilment of the paid orders.
Since the relaunch of their eStore in September 2020, 2C2P has been enabling customer payments via e-wallets, credit cards and online banking (eg. AMBank).
CARiNG eStore and 2C2P then met their first test almost right after the relaunch - an unexpected surge in web traffic and transactions owing to an eWallet partner’s nationwide campaign in the same month.
Thankfully, with 2C2P’s accurate backend routing and support for large workloads, these transactions had a high rate of payment success, and the team was able to process orders smoothly despite being caught off guard by the traffic.
With our support, CARiNG eStore has to-date reported a year-on-year growth of between 20% and 30% and is expected to reach a higher target soon.
With 2C2P’s support, we were able to successfully cope with an unexpected sales volume from a nationwide promotion. Although we had just relaunched our eStore and our team was unprepared for the campaign, 2C2P’s payment gateway ensured a high success rate for payments, impressing us with its reliability and capability.
