The Assistant Manager, Financial Institution Business Development, is responsible for driving strategic partnerships with banks, e-Wallets, PSPs, and other financial institutions to expand 2C2P’s ecosystem.

The role covers the full partnership lifecycle—from identification, evaluation, and negotiation to launch, performance monitoring, and growth optimization. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful collaborations, co-marketing initiatives, and product integrations. It also manages key partner relationships, ensuring seamless execution, problem-solving, and sustained business growth across regional and local markets.

Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)

Job Description

Financial Institution Partnership Development

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new financial institution partners (banks, e-Wallet, PSPs, etc.)
Drive negotiations, partnership structures, and win-win commercial terms.
Manage the entire lifecycle of financial institution partnerships from strategy to signin through implementation.
Launch co-marketing campaigns and product collaborations that deliver real financial impact.
Support on daily operations, monitor performance, refine strategies, and chase growth targets relentlessly.

Relationship & Growth Management

Build strong relationships at all levels with financial institutions and intracompany on both global and regional scale.
Serve as the go-to partner contact for opportunities, problem-solving, and business reviews.
Manage the partnership pipeline, forecast growth, and execute strategic plans.
Act as the escalation point and problem-solver across BD, Product, On-boarding, Risk, Compliance, Finance/Billing, and Operations, with precision and speed
