We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) professional to ensure our products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The QA will be responsible for planning and executing testing processes, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)

Job Description

Quality Assurance for 2C2P products and services
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools such as JMeter, Postman, Selenium/Cucumber
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform manual / automated regression testing when bugs are resolved
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Programming fundamentals with Java and C#
Experience with Store Procedures using MSSQL Server
Experience with version control Git
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural team

Preferred Additional Skills/ Experience:

Experience with cloud platforms AWS / Alibaba cloud
Exposure to CI/CD pipeline
Familiarity with Agile practices
