We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The QA will be responsible for planning and executing testing processes, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)

Job Description

The role involves understanding business requirements and user needs in order to design effective test cases and a comprehensive test plan.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex software systems and identify root causes of defects.
Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and End-To-End testing.
Provide reports on testing activities, including testing progress, defect status, and test coverage.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the Agile/Scrum team.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to discuss and resolve issues.
Candidates with the ability to write automation scripts using Cypress, Gherkin and Cucumber will be given special consideration.

Qualifications

Any Degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in software testing or a similar role.
Experience in manual testing of web, mobile, and API
Excellent in testing technique implementation
Self-improvement/motivation, result-driven mindset
Effective communication in English
Knowledge of the specific domain the software application is being developed for (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is often a plus.
Experience of these following tools/framework are plus (Postman, Jmeter, Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, Page Object Model, Test Pyramid, Bamboo CI, Jenkins, Jira)
