Originally a hotel software and digital marketing provider, Hoteliers.Guru has since transformed into one of Thailand’s leading cloud-based hotel management platforms. 

Hoteliers.Guru’s comprehensive hotel management system comprises:

  • Intel Cloud Property Management System (PMS): Available on iOS and Android, Hoteliers.Guru’s PMS handles front desk operations for hotels. From guest check-ins/check-outs and room management to tax invoice issuance and room tracking, the PMS solution houses all these core hotel operations in one app.

  • Booking Engine: Facilitates direct reservations via each hotel’s website and enables the upselling of related services, such as airport transfers and tour packages.

  • Channel Manager Payment (CM Pay): A payment processing system that empowers hotels to accept payments for both direct bookings and bookings made via major OTAs, including Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, and Goibibo. CM Pay supports both virtual credit card (VCC) payments and many other payment methods.
The Challenge

Previously, many of Hoteliers.Guru’s hotel partners used manual methods to process payments, which posed significant risks, were time-consuming, and were highly prone to human error. 

Hoteliers.Guru was looking for: 

  • A solution to facilitate secure payments without compromising speed and efficiency, streamlining the payment experience for hotel guests
  • The ability to support payments for both direct hotel bookings and OTA bookings through one system, simplifying operations and reducing settlement times for hotels
How we helped

2C2P integrated its secure Payment Gateway with Hoteliers.Guru’s CM Pay system, augmenting it with the capability to support both VCCs and payments for direct bookings.
