EngagePlus is an all-in-one management platform for learning centres.

Providing payment choices, removing administrative bottlenecks

EngagePlus serves nearly 300 learning centres in Hong Kong. Its all-in-one platform streamlines operations, automates payments, and simplifies marketing, seamlessly connecting parents, students, teachers, and admins for enhanced collaboration and engagement.

The challenge

EngagePlus had a battle on two fronts: It needed an online payment platform with a variety of payment methods for its business management software because of increased demand from clients. Next, it wanted to make payment processing and reconciliation quicker and more efficient for its clients.

EngagePlus was looking for:

  • An online payment platform which offered a wide range of payment options.
  • Easy integration between its own platform and the online payment platform it chose.
  • Automated invoice updates to enhance the efficiency of administrative work.

How we helped

The impact was almost instant when 2C2P partnered with EngagePlus in 2023. Learning centres no longer had to rely on just cash or cheques. Parents didn’t have to entrust someone else with large-sum payments as well; they could pay from the convenience of their home or office. This fit in perfectly with the payments culture in Hong Kong.

Furthermore, parents benefited greatly from a wide selection of payment methods. If they wanted a lower service fee, for example, they could opt for the Faster Payment System (FPS). Alternatively, if they wanted to earn loyalty points, they could pay via AlipayHK.

Operational efficiency at learning centres was revolutionised too. These days, they spend up to 90% less time cross-checking and verifying whether invoices have been paid. The centres can spend more time engaging with parents, crafting lesson plans, and organising their marketing efforts.

Tommy Wong, Head of Sales

"2C2P’s after-sales support has been great! The company has a really good support and tech team. It’s been wonderful cooperating with 2C2P from the start, and it has been a big factor in the success we’ve had until today."
