The challenge

With over 500 properties under their care, Minor Hotels was looking for a payments partner who could understand and provide the flexibility needed to cater to hundreds of different hotel and end-customer needs. Being headquartered in Thailand added an extra layer of complexity for payments processing because of the country’s tight regulations.

How we helped


Minor Hotels started looking for a payments provider back in 2015. Finding that many global payments companies didn’t have the flexibility and deep local knowledge that 2C2P had, the Group decided to partner with 2C2P for its payment gateway solution in 2019.


From QR payments to payment links, 2C2P was able to implement a vast array of alternative payment methods for over 40 properties under the Group. It was particularly urgent amidst the global pandemic when consumers were looking for alternative modes of payments, and the Group was able to meet that demand through 2C2P’s solutions.
